We stock and sell an incredible number of remanufactured marine engine parts. Many times we hear that we are the only reliable supplier of uncommon parts that can easily extend the life of a good outboard motor.
As dealership owners we know what it means to the service department if a part arrives damaged or late. We move quickly to get your items from the warehouse to packaging. Many times you will receive same day shipping.
The Outboard Marine shipping department is familar with shipping everything from complete outboard motors to powerheads, lower units, sterndrives and more. We build wooden bases and custom pallets along with injected foam packaging to insure your order is delivered safely.
Our Powerhead Process
We start with a good core block, we sand blast, hot tank, then proceed to machine the block. We use all OEM parts in our remanufacture process besides pistons due to block being machined to a larger bore and needing pistons to match the bore (Yamaha only sells standard size pistons which are inadequate once the cylinders are machined to a new finish).
OEM crank and rods are finished back to factory spec and OEM bearings are used to assemble. Cylinder heads are disassembled and redone back to factory spec using only OEM parts. Engine is painted to factory color.

Limited Warranty Coverage
- Powerheads, Lower Units (gearcases) Sterndrive Outdrives will all fall under the same Limited Warranty with coverage as follows; - For recreational use: A warranty period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
- For commercial use (including marine tow companies, dock/pier barges, charter fishing boats, rental fleets): A warranty period of 60 days from the date of purchase.
- High Performance Applications (including racing applications): A warranty period of 60 days from the date of purchase.
